Shameless DSTV

Realising my late moms DSTV fees was still being deducted via monthly debit order ( she passed away 15 months ago) I was told via call Center operator to visit the Main Office of DSTV at N1 City. After doing so and giving in death certificates and all relevant info, I was told it should take 48 hours to reply to my request. I know it’s a long shot to recover the R6000 from DSTV but they could at least have the courtesy to call me back which hasn’t happened and it’s now a few weeks later.
