Shame on you DSTv (MultiChoise)

On Monday, 17 May 2021 I received a phone call from Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates to inform me of an outstanding account with DSTV.

I was quite surprise that a Debt Collecting company is now calling me for an outstanding account with DSTv as I was unaware of this.

On the same day I paid the outstanding amount of R193.43.

Today, 20 May 2021 I received a second call from this Debt Collecting company in respect of an outstanding amount.

It is a slap in the face as a former client of DSTV that I should hear from an Debt Collecting company of the outstanding amount which is less than 60 days in arrears to the amount of R193.43.

To date I have not received an statement of account, phone call, sms, WhatsApp from DSTv, they rather put their dogs on you to collect their monies.

Shame on you DSTv (MultiChoise)!!!!!
