Shame on you DStv
The monopoly situation enjoyed by MultiChoice has resulted in abysmal service levels - two new Ultras with black screens, varying audio, no linkage to Showmax despite a Premium package, no follow up, poor installers, etc. Are they just not interested in their customers, is it part of a rotten culture, or are they just fat cats that don't give a damn? What a shame.
