Shame on the decision makers of Dstv (Multichoice)

I have just been blocked from channel 144 (KYKNET) although Multichoice accepted my annual payment in March this year, like all previous years, without informing me that from October I must pay additional money to see channel 144 etc. I have never given my consent to be switched to another package and have just seen that channel 145 is showing old episodes of Binnelanders. I now have to investigate ways of bringing the mighty Multichoice to honour their contract with me (shame on the decisionmakers of Multichoice).
