Severe Data Breach: Change of Ownership data leaked to OnAir TV

I submitted my personal details to MultiChoice strictly for a legitimate DStv Change of Ownership request. Instead of processing this securely, my private data was transferred or leaked to a third-party reseller, OnAir TV, who used it to open an unauthorized hardware finance contract in my name without my consent. My cousin opened this account using her own bank details, and she has already provided her ID to take liability, but OnAir TV is now holding me liable for R1,794.00. I demand that MultiChoice management immediately investigate this massive breach of POPIA/privacy regulations and coordinate with OnAir TV to remove my name from this *****ulent account.
