Settled Account
I settled my account 2 months ago, and they are still deducting money off my account and they said there are still 6 debit orders to be deducted. How is this possible if the account has been settled? I have not had this many issues with a company as what I have had with DSTV.

We confirm the number of remaining instalments is 6. Please confirm with us how did you settle this account as we receive the normal monthly subscription due. Confirm if you were sent a settlement letter and forward to it us so that we can investigate further.
Currently the Price Lock account has an outstanding balance of R1274.58.

I phoned and they gave the settlement amount over the phone and then deducted the amount from my account on that day. The amount that got deducted was R1572.42 which was the settlement amount then on the 26th of Feb 2018.
Please go back and listen to phone recordings if there are any issues.
But it is ridiculous that I have to reverse payments every month now since I have settled the account, this is also probably giving me a bad credit rating which is unacceptable.
