SET YOUR TIMES Correctly
When I have recorded an episode of my favorite show. I am so irritated that your times are off. you will record half of the show i don't want to see and i will never get to see the show i have recorded because your fricken times are off. if i record something i don't want to see the show i did not record watch the show i recorded and never see the fricken show i recorded. wake up… this sucks. you will take the money from my dstv explora subscription fee but never give me the full episode i recorded. You suck

Kindly follow the steps to resolve your problem. You'll need to adjust your decoder's safety net options. Press the HELP button, select settings, user preferences, recordings, and change the safety net options to 10 minutes at the start and end respectively.
