I called multichoice around 17:30 . A matsikani guy answers the phone call . I provide hin with my full name , surname , adress and telephone number yet he still asks me and i quote"who am i speaking to ?" Then i tell him i already provided him with all my details he tell me i did no such thing ????? I ask him to put me through to his supervisor he puts the call down???? I mean this is plain bull**** !!! Is this how your customer service is ?? Putting the call down if a client asks u a simple question ???
