services unbelievable

<p>My dstv decoder isn't working. I went to attlyn mall complained and they checked it for me ...by then the consultant said it was fine came back home plugged it in still to find out it gives me the error msg E48-32 the following day I went to another store Bloedmall multichoice mind due this is whr I bought it they help me looking at the decoder and said it was the signal..they told me I would pay extra anyway I didn't mind but to wait for those guys again for 2 days was literally enough even now I'm not able to watch TV because of the error would somebody pls do something coz I've even called customer care several times nd no help came I'm angry coz I'm a loyal customer to you guys yet I'm getting such service pls call me ********** 698 nd get back to me </p>
