SERVICES SUSPENED

On the 16th of June I requested an upgrade from compact to premium then the beginning of July I asked how much I will have to pay in order to downgrade back to compact and I was told I would have to pay R319 plus R80 access fee plus outstanding balance of R193 I was told that I would have to wait for the 31st of July in order to downgrade.on the 26th of July I paid R600 knowing that my services would be downgraded but to my surprise they weren't downgraded.my husband then called multi choice to ask about this but was told not to worry as we will only have to pay month end August because they failed to activate the downgrade on their side and we shouldn't worry about anything.now this morning I find our services have been suspended and no one wants to help reconnect even though we were told we would have to pay month end August because of their mistake.I am really angry and frustrated and I would like my services to be reconnected because this was your fault multi choice !
