Services Suspended while account is up to date

I recently subscribed to Multichoice services, its been 3 months & I'm already not satisfied by their services& incompetence. Last week I wanted to upgrade my package from DSTV Family to Compact. I was requested to pay an amount of R310 before an upgrade can be performed. I paid R310 on the 13th July 2015 via EFT & emailed the proof of payment to multichoice as my pay date is on the 15th of each month, I wanted to avoid delays caused by the payment that is not immediately cleared. To my surprise payment was not cleared or didn't appear on Multichoice 's system after 4 days (Friday 17th July 2015) even after sending the proof of payment! I really don't understand what is the main purpose of sending proof as I feel its just a waste of time.My services were still not upgraded on Monday 20th July 2015 and I was asked to pay R104 of which I did. The call centre agents told me the previous week that they will schedule an upgrade and it will automatically upgrade as soon as payment is cleared. I have being calling multichoice since my services are suspended on Monday and I don't owe them a cent. No one is able to resolve the matter. Please assist as I am loosing my patience.
