Services suspended - incorrect debit date
I have set up my debit order to run each month on the 25 as I set up all my other debit orders. I received a message from my bank that the debit order did go through on the 4th of May 2015 due to insufficient funds. I haven't had time to contact to find out why, and on the morning of the 16th of May 2015 my DSTV services got suspended for being in arrears. I find this to be unacceptable due to the fact that I have set up the debit order to run on the 25th of each month from the start, and due to the fact that the debit order was set up incorrectly on Multi Choice's side I am unable to enjoy my DSTV service. I spoke to customer consultant Mpho on the 16th of May 2015, and she advised me that there was no reference on my account for the phone call to set up the debit order on the 25th of each month but will however change the date for me. I will appreciate to have my services restored with immediate affect as this was not a mistake on my side but on the service provider's side. I do not have the funds available to make payment for the services in the middle of the month, but will be able to make full payment on the 25th of May 2015
