Services suspended for the 4th since April 2020

Good day,

My services have been suspended again. This is the 3rd time this month. I have already made 3 trips to Multichoice in Umhlanga, in spite of the lockdown. On my last visit, I was asked to pay a further R845, which was never explained to me before. I paid this amount regardless.

Now I am forced to make a 4th trip to your offices when they open at 8am, again I must reiterate that this is in the middle of a shutdown. So my entire family is now being put at risk for an issue that I do not understand.

I feel that this level of treatment is bordering on disrespectful and abusive. I have paid what I was told to pay. I cannot understand why I must be driving back and forth between your offices every 5 days, in the middle of a national shutdown.

I ask that this matter be urgently escalated and that I be given urgent feedback as to what in fact the real problem is here.

Regards N. Gansa

As I type this, I am sitting at the Multichoice office in Umhlanga for the 4th time since the lockdown started. My issue is still unresolved. Your Facebook team has given me a different response to the one you are giving me. They are saying my previous payment is unallocated, yet I **** it at the Multichoice office. You are asking for proof of payment sent twice in March already.

This gives me little faith in your organization as I am being given 2 conflicting responses.

Upon speaking to the consultant here, I have been informed that my last payment is not on the system even though it was a direct payment done at your offices. So the mistake is on yyour side. This level of abuse is unnacceptable.
