Services suspended after only 2 weeks of viewership

I am utterly disappointed with dstv services I paid for dstv on 15 July 2022, and I only watched for 2 weeks, before they suspended my services on 06 Aug!! I am so livid, how can I pay for a whole month's viewership and only watch for 2 weeks, I am utterly disgusted with dstv, I am even considering canceling my subscription with dstv because these people do not care about their customers. To me this is just greed, all they want is money, I mean how else do you explain this??
