Services reinstated without my consent.

This is outrageous 2 weeks ago I complained that I didn’t take out insurance. I decided to cancel it since I didn’t sign up for it. Today I get an email that my services have been reactivated what the hell is that?😡😡😡😡 is this your way of making up for the lost revenue. Also note that this will be the last time I complain if it’s not sorted or it happens again I will be looking at other options to deal with this situation as I cannot be doing this every 2 weeks.
