Service's disconnected unfairly and unreasonable

I have been subscribing for more than 20 years with Dstv multichoice but happened last month when they disconnected my services whereas I was paying my fess in advance it was so disappointing, it's very unfair to me and my family for more than a month we don't watch anything, I don't know what happened to customers rights, no updates, nothing, if you don't want to open my channel can you refund me please l
