SERVICES DISCONNECTED AGAIN - PAYMENT MADE
I have paid via EFT for my monthly subscription as of 20 October 2015 only to find my services disconnected again today. I still have had no response / feedback for my previous complaint. I am using the same method of payment as I always have each month. Why is my payment not being allocated to my account timeously ?? I want this matter rectified urgently and ALL PENALTY FEES REVERSED on my account.

It is with regret that we learn of your unpleasant experience in dealing with MultiChoice and the level of service you experienced in this regard.
