Services disconnected
My pay date is on the 28th of every month. A debit order was set up on WhatsApp to pay but u guys decided not to debit yesterday. Today my service are disconnected and now I have to pay extra R50. Normally you allow about two days after your date to pay before disconnecting. Please remove that R50 from my account immediately and cancel my debit order. Il pay R139 manually.
