Services disconnected

On the 30 August 2025 I made arrangements for my payment date . The next day I was disconnected. I made payment on the 2nd fine. On the 8th again I was disconnected, I made another payment on the 9th. Today again to my surprise I am disconnected I phoned in and spoke to a supervisor that was only intentionally shouting at me. And remember that everytime you are disconnected u pay a re connection fee. I am so disappointed. No wonder a lot of people are leaving multichoice
