services disconnected

dstv service is really terrible, i probably spoke to 6 different agents and still my services are still disconnected. i made an eft payment through absa on the 29th of August and still my services are disconnected. i've sent proof of payment to *** and an agent by the name Thobeka ngcibi and still no one has gotten back to me. please reconnect my services
