Services Disconnected
Not sure how in the world my services get disconnected, when i have a credit balance. When did your service become a pay upfront to view service. Pay per view means just that and if an account is in credit you disconnect and demand payment thats not due. Its shocking how no one can explain why i am being forced to make payment now for the month of? Mind-blowing service you give.
