Services blocked because am allegedly owing even when I pay by debit order

The service at your call center is the worst.....the agents there are also useless, everytime you report a problem you will be told it’s escalated and the next thing your services are stopped because you owe even when you pay by debit order and you never missed not even one payment.

I so wish someone can see an opportunity and give you some competition. Your monopoly with the provision Of TV services needs to come to an end. We pay too much yet there is not value and efficiency in your services.

I am tired with DStv and am buying your services because I dnt have a choice not because am happy.
