Services being suspended incorrectly

Well so much for the phone call from multichoice consultant received today at 12:50 as I was advised that they have escalated my “billing issue” to Billings department as they will “get back to me”. Surprise surprise when I got home and my kids wanted to watch TV ???? and my main explorer 3 and secondary one services was suspended. Yes, with no message or anything being said to me. Then I had to call the call center as usuall, try to explain everything again to a consultant called Hlengiwe, who advised me that it’s a billing issue and she advised me to hang on the line for her manager. Well I wanted on the line for about 45 mins and my airtime got finished, again. I loaded airtime again on my husbands phone and called the Centre again, which I had to explain this story “again” to a lady called Lerato who also told me that she can see there’s a billing issue and apparently all the other 2 explorers have been billed separately and my price lock “Black Friday” is not appearing on the system. This was really aggravating me to a point where I actually wished that everything would be canceled and go back to normal where I’ve never had any issues like this. She also said that she will come back to me in an hour and it’s been 2 hrs now since we spoke to her although she has removed the error message E16-4 for suspension of services. I have never in my life received such back pathetic services from Multichoice as I’ve been their customer for years and decades. I’ve been on price lock ever since I know but have changed packages according to what was available at the time. Can someone please sort this out and ease my tension and frustrations. This all started with by a very rude consultant who was so rude and pompous singe phone in December when I called. Will wait for feedback.
