I have a big problem with Multichoice, on the 30/09/2015 @ 09H53:08 I paid R430 as told by their agent in Dobsonville, all of a sudden they telling me I owe them for June 2015 and I can't even access my statements or balances on \DSTV Self Service"and even when I have to phone them I lose lot of money through their machine. Yesterday I got a message on my Facebook account about a software upgrade and all of a sudden my services are disconnected without notification and mind this is a Prepaid Account. <br> <br> In the previous year they ran to their lawyers saying I owe them which I paid almost R1000 for a Dstv compact services and today they just doing as they please with my account.
