Service....... WHAT SERVICE????????????????? Most useless *********** people I have EVER encountered

Internally they have no clue of what they are doing or what's been going on in their accounts. A complaint was lodged THREE DAYS AGO, recorded, reference number received - I have even gone as far as to send an email referring to the referenced call and attached evidence, both on the day the complaint was lodged AND again yesterday, and to this very moment still no one has called or attended to my complaint. However, I guess they will now charge me to fix their own mess which obviously I will refuse to pay. I will therefor now deal with no one else but a Manager or higher. I'm flying back to Johannesburg today and if I still encounter the same problem without response, I'm going to loose it and will be getting nasty.
