Service suspension for no reason

Hi, I have dstv monthly subscription of R338 and my customer number is ********** 5, I paid my subscription on first of december to dstv with capitec registered beneficiary via eft, Today morning when my wife saw television she found service suspended error. I tried to solve it out on app but now my app said i have 338 rand outstanding amount plus 50 rand reconnection fees. When i phone customer care service and spoke to kululeko ngcobo whose access number is 3563,he said he cant give me reason why they suspended service and he said my outstanding amount due is R70. I am confused and frustrated now whom to beleive, Its my compulsion to use this kaput service as i have no other option otherwise i could have kicked them out long time ago
