Service sucks
They don't deserve a rating.. their service sucks...I pay my mum and my account via debit order..They deducted on the 15th. My mum service was cut..after several calls and emails they didn't resolve issue. Phoned again this morning..had to do an EFT..the will pay the credit on my account back into my account after 7days...The agents sucks at what they do....
