SERVICE SUCK / DEDUCTIONS WITHOUT PROPER EXPLAINATION
Bad Service, all call centre agents we spoke to dont understand why we are being over charged.. we asked for the manager and were kept on hold for longer than 30Min and still didnt get assistance.
I need to cancel my subscription, Its been over 15Yrs and we wacth this big brand drop the standard. I will escalate the matter to ICASA.
