My Chanels have blocked, SABC 1,2,3 and 165, i have called DSTV and it will play 1 day and blocked again i have taken my Decoder ro Bridge City and the consultant said i must buy a new a, which i dont understand because other chanels are playing, i then took the one at home they were using which is still new, as they bought new explora, i took that to Multichoice for them to transfer my information to the Decoder do i can be able to watch and i was told i cant use it, as it was somebody else, i really don't understand

As per telecom, you can do a change of ownership on the decoder you received. The following documents are needed together with the change of ownership form to complete the request for change of ownership:
-New owner's ID document (the previous owner's ID isn't needed anymore)
-If previous owner is deceased, and the new owner is related to the deceased, we require the Executor Letter and the new owner’s identity document.
