Service recovery by Teboho

After having previously logging a complaint about the Call Centre and still no joy, I actually got into my car & drove to the Customer Service Centre in Randburg Wow! What a breath of fresh air... Teboho Lenka was an absolute star! My suggestion....Get someone like Teboho into your Call Cnetre to handle these types of technical issues She confirmed that what the Call Centre was saying all along was incorrect....# just saying...
