Service promised not delivered

Follow up to my last review about the company. I received a phone call from agent Patricia ***-i134 on 27/03 who said she's resolving my query & is loading a promotion refund in order to write off the arrears on my account as was previously promised. I subsequently paid the promotion amount of R299 after our discussion. She then asked that if the arrears amount still reflects by 1/4 i should call the contact centre so they could write if off as per her ***-i134. Now i called the call centre & again as i anticipated that call centre, Mandisa Ashraf advised that she can't do that & it needs to be referred to finance dept & has to wait for it to be resolved by the finance dept.
