Service problems should translate into deductions on amounts due
A basic principle in contract law is that if an organisation fails to deliver a service as per their contract, they can’t expect to be paid for it. But DSTV seems to believe they should be paid even when I don’t receive service for reasons related to their internal issues. This should be escalated to the telecoms regulatory authority. Pro rata deductions for failure to deliver services should be regulated. Anyone with me in starting a consumer rights group of this?
