Service please

It is 11:12pm and I have to resort to sending a complain after dealing with four people and your automated voice service.... and none were helpful at all. The online service agent I just dealt with is nothings short of bad customer service and don’t care attitude, must be nice to be able to hbe de behind a chat and display such gross attitude. All I want is to reconnections my DSTV after I cancelled it when it was paid up cause I was moving over to fiber... that’s all I wanted. But what I got today was just disgusting service with a foundation of inconsistencies, people that are above reproach, rude agents... can I get someone to assisted me without being cheeky.

If not may I get a refund of what I paid today in an effortless to reconnect my package.
