service paid for but not delivered

For the past 3 weeks have not had mnet signal despite contacting their call centre on numerous occasions as well as personally driving with my decoder to their customer services centre in umhlanga rocks only to be told that there is nothing wrong with the decoder but a fault on their side. Today received a letter from mnet to explain the transition from analogue to digital and should we have any problems we must contact their call centre. Well not having any luck with the local call centres I decided to contact the Johannesburg call centre to lodge a complaint with them. To my surprise I was told that there has been no escalation of my problem by the durban call centre or the customer service centre to the relavant departments. The Johannesburg call centre told me that there was a problem with the mnet signal but that this had been resolved a while back already so now i am wondering why I'm paying for a servuce but not receiving the service.
