Yohhh, firstly why do you have a call centre number if your IVR is built to stop calls from going to the call centre? NXA. i paid the outstanding amount and am trying to get the service working and guess what, E16-4,. i cannot fix it myself because my cell number is linked to another decoder. called the call centre and YOHHHH the HORROR, YOU DELIBERATELY INFURIATE YOUR CUSTOMERS NE. NXA. SOMEBODY CALL ME PLEASE. THE USSD CODES DON'T WORK. THE WEBSITE IS USELESS, I CAN'T ADD ANOTHER DEVICE. YOHHH AM SO ANGRY YOHHH. BAFOWETHU. IF I HAD HAIR I WOULD BE PULLING IT OUT. YOHHH MAY MY LORD AND SAVIOUR JESUS HELP ME AND FORGIVE ME FOR THE ANGER AND COME ME DOWN BEFORE I BREAK SOMETHING.
