Service not activated.

I Curton Sbonelo Mbanjwa called Dstv for internet, end of July they promised to deliver it within 7 working days but never got it. I phoned them almost every day after seven days but I was told to wait one month passed and they debited for the 1st month on the 28 July without any internet service which I was supposed to pay for, on the 2nd week of August I received but still it was not activated I called them almost every day, they keep on telling me they are escalating the problem after 48 hours it will be activated. Some of the agents told me to Rica the sim card which I did but still no access to internet now they have debit for the 2nd month on August but still I don't have internet.
