Service Interrupted for wrong billing

DSTV Multi-choice ( Customer No: ********** 5) has been cutting my services for the last three weeks since 06 September. I called multi-choice on the 06 of September after my DSTV services were interrupted because of an apparent arrears on my account. I spoke to Khaugelo Mahoro and he advised that a journal has been submitted for approval and they will call me in 72hours, which they never did. My services were restored after that call. On the 16th of September again I woke up with services been interrupted again, the reason been that my account is in arrears again. I phoned Multi-choice and spoke to Thulani Sikhosana and again he told me about journals to reconcile my account that needs t be approved and they will call me in 72hours, which they never did. Thulani told me that the system shows that I was on Premium that's why there is a shortfall on my account. I told him that I have been on compact in the last 4 to 5 years and who has made those changes. On the contrary he told me that it was a system fault and they will reverse those charges, and he reconnected my services. Today which is the 21st of September, lightning has struck again, services are interrupted and I had to call multi-choice. I spoke to Ayanda Bam and she told that there was a journal which was approved on the 11th of September and does not see the reason why the service is interrupted and she reconnected my services. I'm getting tired of calls that I need to make every time my services are disconnected and it is a lot of money from my side. On average a call to Multi-choice is 20 minutes and with three calls I have easily used an hour of airtime. Who is paying for that airtime.

Good Day I don't think your response reflects what your consultants have been telling me, this is contrasting. Do you want to tell me that my services are been interrupted every week because of R30? As I'm writing this my service is suspended again. The R30 in question was paid long ago and it reflects on my account and just wondering where this other R30 is coming from? Please restore my service and get competent people in your call center. I think this is the last comments I'm writing in hello peter about your company, and the next one will be to your Executive Management team. I'm tired of you.
