Service in Accounts department needs attention!

(1) I made an EFT to my DSTV acc it was suppose to go to my box office I realised called them to transfer pmt, admit that it was my mistake, transfer takes about 4 to 5 days.<br> <br> (2) On the 24/06/15 my husband made a pmt via EFT to my DSTV account. Immediately I phoned the call centre to cancel my Debit order as it is set for the 1st of every month. On the 1st my account was debited for the amount of R790.00, I immediately phoned and asked them whats happening as the debit order was cancelled way in advance. I was told that money will be reinbursed within 5days, 5th day come a Chec gets deposited into my account I pay R18 bank charges, according to my bank money is only available in 14 days!!!!<br> Informed DSTV it's not their problem they only do chec refunds.<br> <br> (3) On the 29/06/15 I make an EFT payment to my Box office account (by the way this payment is \suppose to go off via debit order never happens) I make sure that I have the correct Account number this time and made a payment of R90.00. On the 22/07/15 I go to DSTV self service to check my stmt to my surprise balance still shows no payment. Guess what I used the wrong account number. It's day 6 I am still trying to sort this out"
