**** service from Multichoice agents

I made a payment for my 2 decoders because the 3rd one is not working & i also want to cancel my showmax and am told is not possible to cancel the one that's not working and pay for the 2 Iam using. I've been on a call with Nomandla for 2hrs and she has been giving me the run around busy placing me on hold, i asked for her team leader/supervisor Me Xolisa and i was told that he has knocked off. I don't understand how does a team leader knock off while the agents are on duty. Nomandla places me on hold without notifying me and keep me there for the longest time for her to make another excuse. I used R225 airtime on 1 call and still wasn't assisted. DSTV your stuff is *********** the 1st agent tried to help me unfortunately the line got cut off and she didn't bother calling me back, what a **** service from multichoice
