*********** service from DSTV

I tried to reconnect my service but DSTV cannot help me. I have 2 active decoders under my name and they said fif I want both of them active I must pay R50 for each decoder. This is a daylight *******. Still i have a credit on my account but they cannot activate my decoder but always telling me that they are escalating my problem. I talked to 3 different agents who cannot help me. This is a disgrace
