Pathetic service from Balungile, he/she does not understand her job role, waited for her response like forever and then he/she has the audacity to say he/she is waiting for my response whereas she hasn't been sending anything on the chat @DSTV is how your staff treat customers??? There are people looking for an opportunity to work and he/she is denying those people a chance to work and serve customers with her **** service
