Service failure

I paid my DStv account every month but eversince then all my channels are not meaning now I'm just giving out multichoice my money with out benefiting from what I paid for it's been six months now all the channels are not working even the two channels that atleast where playing they are off now. Please it's either you cancel my subscription at all because now I'm just wasting my money on you guys and it's frustrating the only thing you will is telling to switch to DStv explorer and I'm not going to do that while you guys still failing me how on earth can I waste my money for an explorer that will do the same things I'm very disappointed with you
