SERVICE FAIL
Multi choice recently disallowed debit orders from credit cards without alerting all of its customers, so for the last
3 months multi choice have disconnected our account without reason and then are rude enough to demand re connection fee's without explaining whats happening to their clients. After speaking to 5 well meaning but useless customer service operators and after paying the demanded re connection fee's we are still without connection and there is no way to talk to any superiors within multi choice.

Service fail
