Service Excellence in a poor service delivery climate
My sublime experience with a service center, yes, sublime. The majority of companies call/service centers are the height of frustration and to be avoided like the plague but not this one !
The Cape Town service center staff and especially their manager Mr Gordon Moodley, are excellent, they show what service excellence really is. You, Mr Moodley and your staff at Cape Town service center are magnificent.
Thank you so much for your prompt efficient assistance, always a pleasure and that it is not a c**** when having to go in or receive advice.
