Service Epic Fail - website, systems, call centre
1st Week in October I contacted the Call Centre to update my debit order. The advisor assisted me to setup a credit card debit order using the DSTV website self-service. On 13 November my DSTV stops working and I contact the call centre - 30mins into the call with agent1 I am randomly transferred to agent2. After going through everything again, 55mins later, my debit order is still not working?
1) agent2 is so scared I am going to lay a complaint against him he doesn't want to give me his name or his email address. He also doesn't allow the call to be transferred to the service rating after the call. Shocker - this guy should get a disciplinary hearing for this.
2) agent2 says you cannot setup a debit order on your Credit Card, but the website allows it?
3) after emailing a screenshot of my debit order self-service setup, agent1 still doesn't understand why DSTV didn't even attempt to collect monies from my account.
4) I did not receive a single notification that my DSTV account wasn't settled. Agent2 thinks that I should have noticed 1 of my 20 debit orders didn't work on the 28th.
5) I'm charged R50 to reconnect??
Your systems, staff and processes failed - refund my R50 and fix!
