Service Dilivery Very Poor

I ordered a DSTV Internet on the 30th of May and it hasn't been delivered I'm trying to call the land line but its not going through last week I did a call back using their watsup service they did call I was promised that its going to be delivered weekend but still it hasn't been delivered I asked what seems to be the problem and they answer was the courier keeps on calling a landline or they say its a wrong address. I must say I'm very disappointed
