service deactivated

Good day

I'm very disappointed with DSTV ,I paid my account last weak Friday only to find out that they have disconnect my service .

I yesterday iv been send in the emails with no respond the service even now is still not active , follow up email send along with the proof of payment no one responded back or the service to be re activated.

not satisfied with multichoice customer centricity
