Service cutoff with incorrect communication

I connected for the first time 31st Jul, on the 1st Aug inquired about payment was told it was due 26th Aug '15. Now service has been cutoff with no communication whatsoever. I am really disatisfied and disappointed by this poor service delivery because of their own inefficiencies! Unacceptable! To top it off they charging me a reconnection fee!? For their inefficiencies? I have never in my life!
