We have a holiday home and make telephonic arrangements with Multichoice to switch our decoder there on and off. This is always an issue and a wrestle to get the error messages removed before the system becomes active. The cost in telephone time has become an issue. Had family use this facility and phoned and asked Multichoice to activate the system on 26 December. The visitors only switched on the TV on the 29th Dec. There was an error message saying that there was a problem with the account and the service was not connected. I was upset and phoned. Guess what! We are being charged as from the 26th, because Multichoice claims the system was activated. The high handedness of the staff and especially the senior staff, is absolutely disgusting, There is exceptionally poor customer service and arrogance. They seriously need competition. I'll be the first to leave!!!
