**** service by the call center 851team for a refund

Been quering a refund from the 28 August till today. They don't give feedback and the agents keep on giving different incorrect information. The managers Ayanda Witbooi, Bongiwe, Vuyokazi, Simthandile, Phelelani Mkhize and Simthandile also act as if they understand and are going to help but dololo. The agents are worse, they know nothing and cant even ask for help where possible, I am still waiting for an email from Witbooi till today. I am given the run around by all of them, Bongiwe and her agent friend made me hold for almost an hour for them to hang up.
